Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time to your appointment. Please give me a courtesy call/text if you will be late. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment's scheduled start time will incur an additional $15 fee to your scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled. Future appointments will not be approved until the cancellation fee is received.

Late Cancellations - Clients are required to give 24 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments that are made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled and will be due immediately. Future appointments will not be approved until the cancellation fee is received.

NO CALL/NO SHOW - If a client does not show for a scheduled appointment and fails to provide notification, the client will be charged 50% of the total cost of service(s) AND will be terminated from future scheduling.

UNDERAGE CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Due to limited space, guests and children are not allowed during establishments and retightening services unless receiving service.

DISCLOSURE OF USAGE - Unique Expressions Salon reserves the right to photograph all work.

SICK - If you have been sick or around anyone that has been sick within the past 14 days, please let me know and we can reschedule for a later date.

DEPOSITS -A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is non-refundable and transferrable only once. Deposits secure your appointment date, purchase supplies for services, and are deducted from the total amount of services rendered.

Appointment scheduling- Appointments can be booked 60 days in advance. Appointments should be made under the person being serviced. If the client is a minor, the appointment should be in their name and the contact information under the parent/guardian.

Hair Prep - Although not required, please have your hair ready to be serviced for the appointment(s) selected. Extension removal/takedown, heavily matted hair, or specialty treatments services times are not included, and should be booked accordingly. Failing to do so, may lead to additional charges or your appointment being canceled. All salon services include a shampoo with the exception of consultations and braid extensions. If you would like shampoo with these services, please book as an add-on.

Braid extension services- Hair must be shampooed, free of oils, and products. A heat protectant can be applied for blow drying your hair prior to your appointment. If you would like shampoo with these services, please book as an add-on.
